This is information that you may provide when registering with the Find an Expert database (our website) or in connection with it or when communicating with us (via email, phone, etc.) or when you participate in our events, fill out questionnaires, or report problems with our website.

technical information, including your Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, browser type and version, time zone settings, types and versions of your browser plug-ins or extensions, operating system, and your computer platform. We would like to inform you that an IP address does not personally identify you, but it allows us to communicate with you during your stay on our website;
information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream string to, through, and from our website (including date and time); information you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, the duration of your visit to certain pages, data about interactions on our website (such as scrolling, clicking and hovering), methods used to leave the website and telephone numbers used to contact our customer support.

We carry out most of our personal data processing activities to fulfill everything we have agreed with you through our Terms of Use, which includes in particular publishing your profile in our database, sending access data, ensuring communication.

We also process your personal data based on our legitimate interests, which includes all processing
