Mgr. Bc. Hanych Monika Ph.D. LL.M.

I am a human rights lawyer, currently Head of the legal and analytical department of the Constitutional Court. Prior to that, I worked in the Office of the Government Agent for Representation before the European Court of Human Rights, and in the Office of the Public Defender of Rights. I lead the Czech delegation in negotiating the Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights in the Council of Europe Expert Committee. I publish and lecture in the field of media law, human rights and new technologies. In 2024, I was awarded the Flamma Prize for inspiring female lawyers.
