I graduated in political science from Palacký University Olomouc. My professional interests include local government, municipal development, and sociodemographics of municipalities and regions. I have published several papers in this area in prestigious foreign scientific journals such as Local Government Studies or the Journal of Public Policy, Cambridge University Press. I work as an assistant professor at Palacký University Olomouc, where I teach courses focused on data analysis, statistical methods, and mastery of the R programming languages and spatial methods in the ARCGIS and QGIS programs.
