My professional focus is on sports and European law. I hold an academic position at the Faculty of Law at Charles University as well as being an attorney at the law firm Bříza &Trubač and an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). In my scientific work, I focus on the legal aspects of the fight against doping in sport, especially the proportionality of sanctions. I am also interested in the relationship between European Union law and sport. As an attorney, I assist athletes and sports organizations with advice on establishing sports rules, as well as representing them in doping and other legal disputes.
