Metodieva Asya Ph.D.

I am a researcher at the Centre for European Policy. My research focuses on radical movements, terrorism, polarization, social media, content moderation, and the Western Balkans. I have worked as a teaching assistant for the courses Terrorism and Counterterrorism, Social Media and Democracy, Comparative Political Research, and Public Administration. In 2021, I was a Visegrad Insight Fellow and in 2019, I was a visiting doctoral student at the University of Oxford. In 2018, I received the Sotirov Visiting Fellowship at LSE IDEAS and the Rethink.CEE Fellowhip from the Marshall Fund of the United States.
