I am a teaching assistant at the Institute of Law and Technology, Faculty of Law, Masaryk University. My research focuses on personal data protection, data governance, including the European data strategy, the right to information, eGovernment, and AI regulation. Since 2019, I have served on the adjudicatory commission of the Office for Personal Data Protection and collaborate with the Department of the Chief eGovernment Architect on legal issues in public sector data management, including open data licensing, data protection, and legislative drafting.
