Prof. PhDr. Potůček Martin CSc., MSc.

I work at the Department of Public and Social Policy at the Institute of Sociological Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. In my teaching, research, consultancy, and journalism, I focus on governance at global and national levels, European integration, relations between the market, state, civil society, and media, and public administration and service reforms. As chair of the Expert Commission for Pension Reform and later a member of the Commission for Fair Pensions at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, I concentrate on pension reform and long-term care in the Czech Republic.
