I am a barrister and assistant professor at the Department of Law at the Faculty of Economics and Management at Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CZU). I also hold position at Pan-European University in Prague, and I am a lecturer at Cardiff Academy where I am the guarantor of the LLM program, Private Law. In my practical, pedagogical and publishing activities I focus on civil and commercial law, partially also on criminal law.
