I am a researcher focusing on sustainable consumer behaviour, particularly in the area of household food management and its impact on SDG (Sustainable Development Goals). My research focuses on analyzing consumption patterns and designing effective interventions that promote more environmentally friendly behaviour. I have published articles in scientific journals, determining the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to identify key factors leading to the fulfillment of the SDGs.
