I am a senior researcher at the Institute of Psychology of the Czech Academy of Sciences, an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, Charles University, and a member of SYRI (National Institute for Research on the Socioeconomic Impacts of Diseases and Systemic Risks). I specialize in occupational health psychology, positive psychology of work, and higher education. My research analyzes psychosocial factors affecting well-being and mental health at work, especially stress, burnout, job satisfaction, motivation, workaholism, and toxic relationships. I lecture on stress management and workplace ethics.
