I am Director of Research at the Institute of International Relations and a lecturer at the University of New York in Prague and Metropolitan University Prague, where I studied international relations and European studies. My research focuses on European integration, EU institutional reform, European Parliament elections, political parties, the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice, EU internal security, and media coverage of EU affairs in Central Europe. I represent the Institute in the European Policy Institutes Network and serve on the Institute’s Council.
