I am an assistant professor at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics, Prague University of Economics and Business, a research assistant at the Institute of National Economics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, and a researcher at the IDEA think tank at CERGE-EI. My research focuses on labour market economics and applied econometrics, especially gender differences and the role of public policy. I also evaluate policymaking in the Czech Republic, particularly employment and social impacts, and serve on the Government Council’s Committee for Social Policy, Family and Care.
