I am an Associate Professor of Political Science at the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University, Brno. My research focuses on decision-making procedures and comparative politics, particularly political parties, electoral systems, and elections. I am among the pioneers of experimental political science and security studies in the Czech Republic. Within the SYRI project (National Institute for Research on the Socioeconomic Impacts of Diseases and Systemic Risks), I analyze governance risks and the effective transfer of scientific knowledge to decision-makers.
