I am an academic lawyer and researcher focusing on the intersection of law, social sciences, and criminology. Affiliated with the University of Ostrava and Charles University. Also active in the NGO sector: within the Association of Organizations in Prison Sector, I am involved in systemic reforms of prison and criminal justice policy. My research focuses on the legal aspects of psychedelics in relation to drug policy, as well as on prison studies, restorative justice, and decolonial studies. I am also long been engaged in the study of indigenous approaches to justice in Latin America.
