Prior to my academic career, I worked in multinational (German) companies in sales departments and as a management leader. For twenty years, I have been a member of the Department of Economics and Public Administration at the School of Business Administration in Karvina, Silesian University in Opava, where I am an assistant professor as well as the deputy head of the department. I specialize in economics, international economics and world economy, but I am also interested in sustainability, circular economy or smart economy.
