Mgr. Kleiner Jan Ph.D.

Jan Kleiner is an assistant professor of security and strategic studies at Masaryk University in Brno. He researches how modern technology and artificial intelligence are changing the way states manage security and lead conflicts. He focuses on cyber operations, protection against manipulation and the development of computer simulations that mimic human decision-making. His goal is to find effective but non-destructive ways to exercise power and protect society. He is an officer of the Active Reserve of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic.
