I work as a researcher at the Institute of International Relations Prague, where I am the Head of the Center for Governance of Emerging Technologies, and as a lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Masaryk University, Brno. My research focuses on the topics of space security, especially planetary defense which I represent as the Czech Republic delegate to the UN. I also explore artificial intelligence and generally the emerging disruptive technologies from the perspective of international relations, security studies, international norms and international law.
