I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Entrepreneurship at Prague University of Economics and Business. My research examines entrepreneurial activity, the impacts of public policies, and the economics of entrepreneurship and the labour market. I study different types of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur typologies. I serve on editorial boards, evaluate research projects and studies, advise the Czech Ministry of Local Development on economic and statistical analyses, and am a member of the Czech Evaluation Society and other professional groups.
