Mgr. Bc. Šumichrast Adam PhD.

I work as a researcher at the Central European Institute for Labour Research (CELSI). My research interests include industrial relations and labour history. In my dissertation, I focused on the development of trade unions in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and in the Slovak State during World War II., while exploring the broader context of European dictatorships and their influence on trade unions.
