Horký-Hlucháň Ondřej Ph.D.

I am a senior researcher at the Centre for Global Political Economy at the Institute of International Relations. At the Institute, I have also served as Deputy Director for Research. My research focuses on the governance of global and sustainable development, development cooperation, and gender, with a regional specialization in Africa. I teach at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. I am a member of the Government Council’s expert evaluation body for research, development and innovation, Vice-Chair of the Network for Research on Global Development and Sustainability (CRENDES), and Chair of the Institute’s trade union organization.
