My long-term professional interest is the theory of human rights, public law developments and systemic approaches to law. Within the SYRI project (National Institute for Research on the Socioeconomic Impacts of Diseases and Systemic Risks), I analyze the decision-making actions of courts related to selected aspects of regulations adopted during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the role of the precautionary and proportionality principles.
