I work as a researcher at the Institute of International Relations Prague. I graduated from the Military Political Academy in Bratislava, defended my dissertation (CSc.) and in 2004 defended my habilitation thesis (doc.). I also teach at the Faculty of International Relations at Prague University of Economics and Business. My professional interests include transatlantic relations, strategic culture, armed conflicts, the military dimension of security, international security, terrorism and wars in the present-day world.
