Jsem odborným asistentem na Masarykově Univerzitě, předtím jsem působil na Univerzitě Karlově v rámci projektů SYRI a AUTHLIB. Doktorát jsem získal na Leiden University v Nizozemsku a předchozí vzdělání ve Spojeném království – HNC na Banff and Buchan College, BA (Hons) na Robert Gordon University a MSc na University of Aberdeen.
Publikoval jsem články v East European Politics, Political Studies Review či German Journal of Comparative Politics, a kapitoly vydané v Palgrave Macmillan i v Oxford University Press. V roce 2023 mi vyšla kniha "Party Organization and Electoral Success of New Anti-establishment Parties" v nakladatelství Routledge.
