I am a scholar specializing in the history of the Modern Middle East, with a specific focus on nationalism, migration, gender, and identity in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. I hold a Ph.D. from SOAS, University of London am currently a lecturer at Anglo-American University, Prague, where I teach courses in history, politics, and the Middle East, and advise theses on topics that are relevant to my field. I have contributed to local and international academic journals and am always happy to take part in debates concerning my academic field of interest.
