I am a Senior Researcher at the Institute of International Relations Prague. I hold a PhD in diplomatic history from University College London and an MA in international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I lectured in international Relations at Tel Aviv University and at the Rothberg International School, Hebrew University of Jerusalem. My work focuses on British foreign policy, Europe-Israel relations, transatlantic relations, regional security, arms control, nuclear deterrence and nuclear proliferation.
